I(Pierre) was watching my daily dose of random videos and i came across a inspirational video that really touched my heart! It also doesn't hurt that the guy was from michigan, but thats besides the point! In the Vid the guy overcomes getting shot with a shotgun 3 times! The perseverance that this kid had while being shot is incredible and really shows the will of a man!
I put this vid on my Blog because I just wanted to let everybody see how one can overcome such a incredible circumstance and that whatever ur going thru, its always a way to overcome it!
P.S. I kno my blogs sometimes are really short, but thats just because i like to get straight to the point!
I (Pierre) hasn't been on yard barkers in forever! Sorry bout that but I'm back and I'm talking about some important subjects.(Important to P anyway!!)
First subject at hand is this Lockout! I know everybody wants the season to start and trust that the people in the negotiations feel the exact same. The meetings that the players have been having with the owners and commissioner have ben going no where but its negotiations so what can u really expect. All I've been doing for this whole lockout is working out, oh and of course filming some stuff for the Nick and JaVale Show, but ill touch that subject in a sec. Hopefully we don't miss too many games in this lockout because we love this game and absolutely want to put on a show for the fans!
The Second subject at hand is The Nick and JaVale Show that is hilarious and is starring yours truly and Nick young (hence the name of the show). I linked the youtube previews up so make sure you guys go and watch.
Hey Fellow YardBarkerers and fans. I Haven't been on in a minute but here we go....
So, I went to Universal Studios Hollywood and had a lot of fun. Went on the Simpsons 3D ride (Which is AMAZING(hence the caps)). I Also went on the King Kong 3D Ride (Which Isn't what its all hyped up to be). Anyways it was a fun time and on the way i got to run into a certain character that aloth of us know..... DONKEY from the Motion Picture Shrek... Check out how funny this guy is.
I am currently in Philly PA chilling in the hotel room on the computer. I am extremely bored because we play Philly tommorow so i have nothing to do till than.
The team is currently 10 and 20 and i have no specific comments on how our team is doing except for we will do better and the fans need to keep sticking with us.
On a good note, allstar Break is coming up in feb and everyone knows the most exciting part about it is the dunk contest. I, myself was thinking about entering my name (or however its done) into the dunk contest contestants. I have alot of dunks that people can't do, let alone a big man in this league. So i was just throwing that out there, and i should have a little viral video for the dunk contest coming out on youtube, so make sure to look out for it.
On another good note.... i have been looking for a companion to love and nurture and chill with. Whoa let me clear that up, i'm talking about a dog (for the ladies who were worried), not a girlfriend or anything. Im still young and single. But back to the point, i found one. The type of dog that i found is a great dane, all grey with blue eyes. i get it at the end of the month and im PREEEEEEEETY EXCITED (as if u couldn't tell by the caps lol).
This Is JaVAle McGee checking in for only the second time, but what i heard is that its about quality not quantity, or something like that or along those lines.
So this Blog is gonna be about things that i do personally when i'm bored at home after practice or whenever.
So, you have your basic things like watch tv, go eat with friends, things like that.
But me being the young whipper snapper i am i like Playing video games, and it might surprise you that i don't really like to play sports games except maybe fifa and madden on ps2. I hate the PS3 Madden its too bulky...but thats my opinion.
Anyways, my favorite game right now and its been my favorite since college, is Call Of Duty. The New one is Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. I'm addicted to it like crazy and always looking to beat people if they dare to challenge me.
But back to the point of this blog...other things i like to do is go to worldstarhiphop.com and see interesting/funny/wierd videos like this
Look up new movies on apple tv ...I'm pretty much a tech savvy guy who loves technology... if theres something new out i have it.
So really really the point of this blog secretly is to dare anyone with a Ps3 to a challenge on Call of Duty Modern Warefare 2.
I seriously think i'm one of the best in that game, let alone the NBA.
So If anybody wants to challenge me...Step up to the plate friend request me ... my ps3 name is BIGDADDYWOOKIE and I feel like if i get enough interest we can start a tournament.
